Nope! Generative AI is not, and will not be, used to create content, designs, or deliverables for any work at EB Socials. All design and written content is created thoughtfully and intentionally by me - a human :)

At the moment, EB Socials does not offer full-time or daily social media management. My work is designed to support you with clarity, structure, and confidence - so you can manage your presence in a way that feels sustainable for you!

What does accessibility-focused mean?

Accessibility considers how people with different needs experience your work online. This can include colour contrast, readable layouts, clear language, alt text, and design choices that make your content easier to engage with for more people.

What’s your typical response time?

I aim to respond to enquiries within a few working days. As EB Socials is a small studio, responses may take a little longer during busy periods, but every message is read and replied to with thought and care.

What if I’m not sure what I need yet?

That’s completely okay! You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch. If it feels helpful, you can simply describe where you’re feeling stuck, and we can explore whether EB Socials is the right fit :)
